Job Summary

Director of Payment Operations oversees day-to-day operational execution for payment model implementation contracts, including participant onboarding, management, and communications, in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and sustain client relationships through policy consultation and strategic guidance
• Direct operational functions for value-based care initiatives, ensuring efficient implementation and sustained program performance
• Lead business development activities, including proposal responses and strengthening client relationships

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant health policy industry experience in healthcare consulting or program implementation
• 4+ years of experience with value-based care payment initiatives
• Experience managing subcontractors and leading cross-functional project teams
• Proven ability to support business development efforts and build client relationships
• Broad understanding of federal health policy issues as a subject matter expert
