Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Payor Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead operational infrastructure for care delivery across health plan partnerships
• Translate health plan contracts and regulatory requirements into operational workflows
• Oversee the Credentialing team to ensure timely and compliant provider enrollment

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in payor operations, managed care operations, or healthcare administration
• Experience with commercial health plans and Medicaid, including regulatory compliance
• Proven leadership experience managing operational teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with clinical and operational stakeholders
• Experience in healthcare startups or high-growth environments preferred
