Director of Payor Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Payor Strategy and Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement strategies for payor contracting to maximize fee-for-service revenue
• Lead and mentor the payor contracting team while identifying tools for contract evaluations
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams for due diligence and integration of new partnerships

Required Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Business/Healthcare preferred
• Relevant experience in finance, consulting, or healthcare required
• Prior management experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Word
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
