Director of Payor Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Payor Strategy and Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for payor contracting to maximize revenue and support value-based care
• Lead and mentor the payor contracting team and create resources for contract evaluations
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams for due diligence and integration of new partnerships

Required Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Business/Healthcare preferred
• Relevant finance, consulting, or healthcare experience required
• Prior management experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
