Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Payroll, Retirement and HRMS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee compliance with payroll tax regulations and ensure accurate processing of payroll transactions and retirement contributions
  • Lead payroll controls, including the development and maintenance of safeguards and audit processes
  • Provide guidance to the payroll team and enhance payroll practices for compliance and efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered
  • 5+ years of multi-state payroll experience with knowledge of payroll preparation and tax regulations
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience with a proven ability to develop high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement solutions
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
