Director of PBM Strategy

Job Summary

Director of PBM Strategy is a full-time position responsible for developing relationships with PBMs, executing strategies for partnerships, and managing Specialty Pharmacy contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for partnerships with PBMs
• Negotiate and manage Specialty Pharmacy contracts in collaboration with the Operations Team
• Standardize contracting terms and pricing levels for PBMs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 15+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in sales/market access
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects
• Experience in developing and executing strategic plans
• Ability to build relationships with accounts
