Director of PDS Projects

Job Summary

Leading project management initiatives, the full-time remote Director of PDS Projects will oversee all aspects of project planning, budgeting, and execution while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional project management services, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Manage and oversee all project aspects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.)
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the commercial real estate industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
