Job Summary
To support a purposeful environment, the full-time remote Director of PDS Projects will manage and oversee 30+ global projects, develop standardized processes and methodologies, and ensure superior customer satisfaction through effective program management.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement standardized processes, tools, and methodologies for client partnership management
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics while documenting risks and providing mitigation plans
- Lead weekly deployment calls and provide status updates for executive-level reporting
Required qualifications
- Experience in change management and transforming services
- Proven history of managing multiple stakeholders and establishing effective relationships
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced skills in Smartsheet and data analysis
