Director of Pentest Platform

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and development of the pentest execution infrastructure, the full-time remote Director of Pentest Platform will manage multiple engineering teams to enhance NodeZero's autonomous testing capabilities across complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Pentest Platform organization, guiding teams in execution, orchestration, and data platform development
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define platform requirements and drive execution from concept to production
• Mentor technical leads and make architectural decisions to ensure the robustness of NodeZero's core testing infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading engineering teams in platform or infrastructure development within a fast-paced environment
• Strong technical background in distributed systems, platform architecture, and large-scale automation
• Experience taking platform products from concept to market, including driving architectural decisions and production launches
• Deep understanding of container orchestration, data processing pipelines, and large-scale SaaS infrastructure
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
