Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading a People team of 10 or more in a scaling SaaS environment
• Deep understanding of HR technology and processes, with a focus on data analytics
• Ability to influence change and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and documentation
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
