Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time remote Director of People will build and oversee the People function, focusing on talent acquisition, employee development, and optimizing workplace culture across clinical and business teams.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement the people strategy, including talent management, compensation, and organizational design
- Enhance feedback and development systems, performance cycles, and manager training programs
- Manage multi-state workforce compliance and employee relations, ensuring effective hiring practices and oversight
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in People operations, with a proven track record in multi-state workforce management
- Experience building a People function from the ground up
- Strong preference for experience supporting licensed or regulated professionals
- Demonstrated ability to develop junior team members into senior roles
- Empathetic and effective communicator, passionate about reproductive healthcare access
