Job Summary
To support a growing SaaS company, the full-time remote Director of People will manage HR priorities, enhance people systems, and oversee talent acquisition while collaborating closely with the CFO and Operations Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to set HR priorities and measure progress while refining HR processes
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts and improve the recruiting playbook for scalability
- Design and implement performance management frameworks and employee development programs
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on HR leadership experience in a scaling SaaS or tech environment (50-250 employees)
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
- Experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition and performance management systems
- Familiarity with remote work culture and managing distributed teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
