Job Summary

To support a growing SaaS company, the full-time remote Director of People will manage HR priorities, enhance people systems, and oversee talent acquisition while collaborating closely with the CFO and Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership to set HR priorities and measure progress while refining HR processes
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts and improve the recruiting playbook for scalability
  • Design and implement performance management frameworks and employee development programs
Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on HR leadership experience in a scaling SaaS or tech environment (50-250 employees)
  • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
  • Experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition and performance management systems
  • Familiarity with remote work culture and managing distributed teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
