Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi-year vision and roadmap for People Analytics aligned to company strategy
- Architect and scale a trusted, integrated people data foundation across various systems
- Provide actionable insights to senior leadership and support workforce strategy and organizational design
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in People Analytics, Workforce Planning, or related fields, including 4+ years in leadership roles
- Proven success in building or scaling a People Analytics function in a high-growth environment
- Strong technical fluency with HRIS platforms, ATS systems, and people analytics tools
- Experience developing predictive workforce models and advancing analytics maturity
- Proficient in SQL and statistical modeling techniques using tools like Python or R
