Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a multi-year vision and roadmap for People Analytics aligned to company strategy
  • Architect and scale a trusted, integrated people data foundation across various systems
  • Provide actionable insights to senior leadership and support workforce strategy and organizational design
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in People Analytics, Workforce Planning, or related fields, including 4+ years in leadership roles
  • Proven success in building or scaling a People Analytics function in a high-growth environment
  • Strong technical fluency with HRIS platforms, ATS systems, and people analytics tools
  • Experience developing predictive workforce models and advancing analytics maturity
  • Proficient in SQL and statistical modeling techniques using tools like Python or R
