Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Applied Technology & People Analytics in HR & Talent Advisory.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the applied technology and people analytics strategy for the HR & Talent Advisory business
- Develop frameworks for data acquisition, governance, and integration across consulting practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate people analytics and data science solutions into existing HR advisory offerings
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 10+ years of experience in applied technology, people and data science, or AI research within HR or professional services
- Demonstrated success in leading analytics or AI implementation initiatives
- Deep understanding of data modeling, machine learning frameworks, and analytic tool ecosystems
- Proficient in Python, R, or other data science languages; experience with LLMs and applied AI preferred
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline preferred
