Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of People and Culture - HR Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and design a scalable HR infrastructure including systems, processes, and policies
• Partner with executive leadership to execute a unified global people strategy
• Design and implement talent programs that foster high-performing, diverse teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Experience in PE-backed or high-growth companies, with M&A exposure
• Deep understanding of global employment practices and HR technology platforms
• Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
