Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Experience in PE-backed or high-growth companies, with M&A exposure
- Deep understanding of global employment practices and HR technology platforms
- Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
