Director of People Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Business Partner Director to support executive leadership in driving organizational effectiveness and talent strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary People partner to executive leadership, providing strategic advisory on talent alignment and organizational design
• Lead performance management processes and foster a culture of accountability within the organization
• Manage complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

Required Qualifications

• 10 to 12+ years of progressive HR experience with significant Business Partner experience
• Experience in high-growth environments, preferably in SaaS, with a focus on Revenue, Sales, or Marketing
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with expertise in organization design and workforce planning
• Proven ability to influence and coach senior leaders effectively
• Experience in driving performance management and talent calibration processes
