Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Business Partner Director to support executive leadership in driving organizational effectiveness and talent strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary People partner to executive leadership, providing strategic advisory on talent alignment and organizational design
- Lead performance management processes and foster a culture of accountability within the organization
- Manage complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Required Qualifications
- 10 to 12+ years of progressive HR experience with significant Business Partner experience
- Experience in high-growth environments, preferably in SaaS, with a focus on Revenue, Sales, or Marketing
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with expertise in organization design and workforce planning
- Proven ability to influence and coach senior leaders effectively
- Experience in driving performance management and talent calibration processes
