Job Summary
Partnering with global Sales executives, the full-time remote Director of People Business Partner will design and execute people strategies that drive business performance and growth while coaching senior leaders and managing organizational design initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales leaders to implement people strategies that enhance performance and scalability
- Lead talent management processes, including performance reviews and succession planning
- Analyze people data to identify trends and develop solutions that improve engagement and productivity
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience in a People Business Partner or HR leadership role, preferably in high-growth tech environments
- Proven ability to influence and coach senior executives in complex stakeholder settings
- Strong expertise in organizational design, talent strategy, and change management
- Data-driven mindset with the capability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and adapting to shifting priorities
