Job Summary

Partnering with senior leaders, the full-time remote Director of People Business Partner will drive organizational change initiatives, oversee leadership development, and enhance talent development programs to support a high-performance culture.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale organizational change initiatives across the Engineering Org, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in
  • Drive leadership development initiatives, including executive coaching and succession planning, to build a robust leadership pipeline
  • Oversee talent development programs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and fostering continuous employee growth
Required qualifications
  • 12+ years in People-related roles with 5+ years as a People Business Partner or similar position
  • 4+ years of experience as a people manager
  • Prior experience partnering with the Tech organization/Engineering is required
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching leaders through performance management and employee relations issues
  • Strong project management and change management skills, with a proven ability to influence outcomes at all levels
