Job Summary
Partnering with senior leaders, the full-time remote Director of People Business Partner will drive organizational change initiatives, oversee leadership development, and enhance talent development programs to support a high-performance culture.
Key responsibilities
- Lead large-scale organizational change initiatives across the Engineering Org, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in
- Drive leadership development initiatives, including executive coaching and succession planning, to build a robust leadership pipeline
- Oversee talent development programs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and fostering continuous employee growth
Required qualifications
- 12+ years in People-related roles with 5+ years as a People Business Partner or similar position
- 4+ years of experience as a people manager
- Prior experience partnering with the Tech organization/Engineering is required
- Demonstrated experience in coaching leaders through performance management and employee relations issues
- Strong project management and change management skills, with a proven ability to influence outcomes at all levels
