Director of People Business Partner

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, the remote Director of People Business Partner will manage organizational direction, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and drive critical talent decisions across Commercial, Marketing, and Production Lab in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Advise executives on organizational structure, role clarity, and team design to support business priorities
• Lead executive-level talent reviews and succession planning to enhance talent readiness and retention
• Drive large-scale organizational change initiatives while partnering with Senior Leadership to ensure effective adoption

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in People Business Partnering or related leadership advisory roles
• Significant experience working directly with executive leaders on organizational design and talent strategy
• Proven ability to assess organizational and talent risks and provide actionable recommendations
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions and challenge assumptions
