Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, People Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead People Partnering for Engineering, Product, Design, and GTM functions, aligning people strategies with business goals
• Manage and develop a team of People Business Partners, ensuring effective support for client groups
• Coach and advise senior leaders on organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and team dynamics

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in People/HR, with 6+ years as a People Business Partner in high-growth environments
• Experience managing other HR or People Business Partners
• Proven partnership with senior leaders in Engineering, Product, Design, or GTM
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business or related field preferred
• Strong understanding of U.S. employment law; Canadian expertise is a plus
