Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) in partnership with Talent Acquisition and Marketing
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in internal communications, employer brand, or employee experience
  • People-first mindset with emotional intelligence to support teams through change
  • Proven track record in managing company-wide communications and executive messaging
  • Experience in employer branding or talent marketing initiatives
  • Prior experience in shaping workplace or hub strategy is a plus
