Key Responsibilities
- Scale and enhance People Operations to support market growth and mitigate risk
- Build a compliance roadmap to improve employment compliance and ensure audit readiness
- Manage escalated leave cases and oversee compliance-related data analysis and reporting
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher; HR or related certifications preferred
- Minimum of ten (10) years in HR with experience in compliance and policy governance
- At least three (3) years of experience in leadership roles
- Commitment to maintaining compliant policy and integrity functions
- Experience with budget and vendor management
