Key Responsibilities
  • Scale and enhance People Operations to support market growth and mitigate risk
  • Build a compliance roadmap to improve employment compliance and ensure audit readiness
  • Manage escalated leave cases and oversee compliance-related data analysis and reporting
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree or higher; HR or related certifications preferred
  • Minimum of ten (10) years in HR with experience in compliance and policy governance
  • At least three (3) years of experience in leadership roles
  • Commitment to maintaining compliant policy and integrity functions
  • Experience with budget and vendor management
