Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of People & Culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead recruiting and talent acquisition efforts for IT professionals with necessary clearances
  • Develop recruiting strategies, improve applicant tracking systems, and implement compensation and benefits programs
  • Oversee payroll functions and ensure compliance with laws and regulations for a multi-jurisdictional workforce
Required Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of people and culture management experience in a large, operationally diverse organization
  • At least 5 years of experience in government contracting organizations
  • A bachelor's degree in business management or human resources; a Master's or MBA is preferred
  • Knowledge of applicable wage, hour, and labor laws
  • Experience with Human Capital Management systems
