Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of People & Culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruiting and talent acquisition efforts for IT professionals with necessary clearances
- Develop recruiting strategies, improve applicant tracking systems, and implement compensation and benefits programs
- Oversee payroll functions and ensure compliance with laws and regulations for a multi-jurisdictional workforce
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of people and culture management experience in a large, operationally diverse organization
- At least 5 years of experience in government contracting organizations
- A bachelor's degree in business management or human resources; a Master's or MBA is preferred
- Knowledge of applicable wage, hour, and labor laws
- Experience with Human Capital Management systems
