Director of People & Culture

Job Summary

To drive operational excellence in people practices, the full-time remote Director of People & Culture will manage day-to-day people operations, provide coaching and support to managers, and ensure global alignment across people programs while supervising team members.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a primary business partner to managers and staff, offering guidance on performance, team dynamics, and employee relations
• Lead the execution and continuous improvement of core People & Culture operations, including onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
• Directly supervise two People & Culture team members, fostering professional growth and setting clear priorities

Required qualifications

• 7-9+ years of experience in People & Culture/HR roles with significant responsibility for people operations
• Demonstrated experience as a trusted HR business partner to managers
• Experience in global, distributed, or multi-country organizations
• Strong operational mindset with a focus on improving systems
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and people-centered practices
