Job Summary
To drive operational excellence in people practices, the full-time remote Director of People & Culture will manage day-to-day people operations, provide coaching and support to managers, and ensure global alignment across people programs while supervising team members.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a primary business partner to managers and staff, offering guidance on performance, team dynamics, and employee relations
- Lead the execution and continuous improvement of core People & Culture operations, including onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Directly supervise two People & Culture team members, fostering professional growth and setting clear priorities
Required qualifications
- 7-9+ years of experience in People & Culture/HR roles with significant responsibility for people operations
- Demonstrated experience as a trusted HR business partner to managers
- Experience in global, distributed, or multi-country organizations
- Strong operational mindset with a focus on improving systems
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and people-centered practices
