Job Summary

Transforming People data into a competitive advantage, the full-time remote Director of People Data Insights will lead a high-performing team, oversee enterprise employee listening and analytics strategies, and ensure data governance and AI readiness across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of the People Data & Insights team and oversee the enterprise employee listening strategy
• Serve as the single point of accountability for People data governance and establish data quality standards
• Drive AI readiness for People data, ensuring structured and accessible data to support AI applications

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in people analytics and HR data
• 5+ years of experience leading high-performing teams
• Technical fluency in analytics, data visualization, and data architecture concepts
• Strong experience in enterprise data governance and management at scale
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional transformation programs and data initiatives
