Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of People Enablement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, manage, and scale the People Enablement Team
  • Partner with leaders to design and implement people programs, policies, and processes
  • Provide strategic input on people initiatives, organizational effectiveness, and employee enablement

Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years in a People Team or similar role
  • Experience in people programs and operations in a modern company
  • Understanding of learning & development impact on organizational growth
  • Experience working closely with leadership at a fast-growing technology company
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
