Job Summary
Leading the transformation of service delivery, the full-time Director of People Experience will oversee a high-performing team, ensuring operational excellence and a seamless employee experience across various channels while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the People Experience Center strategy, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across People processes, leveraging data and insights to enhance service delivery
- Lead the technology roadmap and champion automation and AI-enabled capabilities to improve efficiency and user experience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience leading scaled service center operations
- Demonstrated experience in redesigning and optimizing service delivery models
- Proven track record of deploying automation and AI solutions in operations
- Strong expertise in operations management, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making
