- 3+ years of experience in solving complex challenges in a global remote work environment
- Experience in continuous improvement of performance management systems and compensation reviews
- Knowledge of local employment laws in the Americas, Europe, and other growth markets
- Experience in overseeing processes related to payroll and global workforce compliance
