Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of People Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire employee journey from talent acquisition to career growth and retention
  • Collaborate with the management team to enhance team cohesion and organizational efficiency across different time zones
  • Monitor and analyze employee engagement, recruitment, and diversity metrics to foster a positive work environment

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of HR experience with a multinational setting
  • 3+ years of experience in solving complex challenges in a global remote work environment
  • Experience in continuous improvement of performance management systems and compensation reviews
  • Knowledge of local employment laws in the Americas, Europe, and other growth markets
  • Experience in overseeing processes related to payroll and global workforce compliance
