Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of people operations professionals and collaborate across the organization
• Drive an effective People Services team focused on employee experience and business priorities
• Optimize processes and tools to enhance efficiency and alignment within the People & Culture team

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience in a large, complex organization
• Experience in designing and operationalizing high-impact People programs
• Experience managing HR Shared services teams
• Familiarity with HR Tech, particularly Workday
• Exceptional project management experience with a track record of successful project completion
