Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, People Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the People Operations function across payroll, benefits, HR systems, data integrity, and compliance
• Oversee accurate and timely global payroll processing and ensure compliance with wage, tax, and reporting requirements
• Own strategy and execution of global benefits programs and ensure compliance with applicable laws

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in Human Resources and/or People Operations
• Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams and driving strategic initiatives
• Extensive experience overseeing global payroll, benefits, and HR technology platforms
• Deep understanding of HR compliance requirements and best practices
• Strong project management and change leadership skills
