Director of People Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director/Senior Director of People Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll & benefits administration for the U.S. & Ireland entities
• Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding
• Lead performance management processes and total rewards programs

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience managing global payroll & benefits and working with third-party vendors
• Proven experience in leading performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Ability to use people data to identify trends and inform strategy
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
