Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of People Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global People Operations strategy aligned with business goals
• Standardize and automate processes across regions to improve efficiency throughout the employee lifecycle
• Ensure global compliance with labor laws and lead HR audits and risk assessments

Required Qualifications

• 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in global or multi-regional operations
• Experience in high-growth or transformation environments; IPO readiness or public company experience is a plus
• Deep knowledge of international HR practices and data protection regulations
• Proven success in implementing and optimizing enterprise-level HRIS platforms
• A passion for operational excellence and building scalable, people-first processes
