Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of People Operations to establish and grow its People Operations function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and lead the People Operations function, designing and implementing HR systems and policies
  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team on organizational design, talent strategy, and culture
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle and build data-driven people processes to guide decision-making


Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive HR/People Operations experience, including leadership in a high-growth or startup environment
  • Proven experience establishing HR systems from the ground up
  • Strong cultural leadership with the ability to influence organizational change
  • Experience designing and scaling people programs in a remote-first environment
  • Business-minded approach to People work, demonstrating ROI of people investments
