Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of People Operations to establish and grow its People Operations function.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the People Operations function, designing and implementing HR systems and policies
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team on organizational design, talent strategy, and culture
- Manage the full employee lifecycle and build data-driven people processes to guide decision-making
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive HR/People Operations experience, including leadership in a high-growth or startup environment
- Proven experience establishing HR systems from the ground up
- Strong cultural leadership with the ability to influence organizational change
- Experience designing and scaling people programs in a remote-first environment
- Business-minded approach to People work, demonstrating ROI of people investments
