• Own payroll operations and manage employee leave programs while ensuring compliance and clear communication
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align People Ops initiatives with business priorities

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in People Operations with expertise in total rewards and compliance
• Knowledge of employment law and experience handling sensitive employee relations issues
• Skilled in HRIS ownership and data management
• Experience in scaling People Operations in a growth-stage environment
• Strategic and hands-on approach to designing and executing People Ops frameworks
