Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement next-generation People and Recruiting Operations
• Lead the People & Recruiting Operations teams to ensure reliable and scalable operations
• Co-create the People product with Systems, Automation & Data partners to enhance employee experience

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in People Ops, Talent Ops, HR Ops, or People program design
• Experience leading teams in dynamic and fast-paced environments
• Strong workflow and process design skills
• Familiarity with HRIS, automation, or product teams
• Proven ability to drive alignment across stakeholders
