Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in HR or a related field, with significant responsibilities in employee relations and operations
• Experience in a medical group/hospital system and a high-performing technology company or startup is preferred
• Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint and Excel; experience with data visualization tools is a plus
• Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion
• Systems-thinking approach to problem-solving with data-backed solutions
