A company is looking for a Director of People Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own multi-state HR compliance and entity management across 25+ states
• Design and implement compensation strategy, leveling guides, and performance frameworks
• Manage payroll operations and oversee recruiting and onboarding processes for corporate teams

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in people operations with 3+ years in leadership roles
• 2-3 years at a high growth Series A/B company
• Experience managing large PTE/FTE and contracted clinical teams in digital health
• Hands-on experience with payroll operations and benefits administration
• Proven ability to lead HR & compliance and build systems from the ground up
