Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting strategy with a focus on clinician and operations roles
• Enhance onboarding experience through refined frameworks that accelerate new hire success
• Optimize recruiting and people tools, creating documentation and templates for clarity in processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or People Operations, with at least 2 years in a healthcare startup
• Proven track record in managing full-cycle recruiting processes for clinician or operations roles
• Experience in building or improving onboarding programs and candidate experience systems
• Comfort with modern People tools and systems (ATS, HRIS, onboarding platforms)
• Strong interest in evolving into broader People leadership roles over time
