Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of People Operations to lead its global HR function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global workforce planning processes and board-level reporting

• Oversee global payroll and benefits operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with significant leadership in global People Operations
• Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary People teams and driving operational excellence
• Significant experience with employment law and workforce actions in Europe, particularly the UK, France, and Germany
• Demonstrated experience in managing reductions in force and complex employee relations cases
• Strong expertise in global payroll and benefits administration, including compliance and systems integration
