A company is looking for a Director, People to architect and scale systems that enable high performance in a distributed organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and evolve a scalable performance management framework
• Architect scalable lifecycle systems for onboarding, development, and retention
• Define and track key people metrics to drive actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR/People experience
• Experience building performance systems from the ground up
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
• Data fluent with the ability to translate insights into action
• Experience in remote or distributed work environments
