Director of People Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of People Operations (Part-Time, Fractional).

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage performance review cycles and support PIP processes
• Manage employee support functions including FMLA requests and professional development
• Maintain and update the employee handbook and ensure HR practices comply with regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HR/People Operations in a fast-growing startup
• Strong knowledge of performance management and HR compliance
• Experience supporting both a 1099 and W2 workforce
• Ability to work remotely and independently while collaborating with leadership
• Experience fostering culture in remote or hybrid teams is a plus
