Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of People Operations (US).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build an AI-native HR function to enhance workforce planning, performance management, and talent development
• Architect intelligent talent infrastructure, including AI-driven skills mapping and dynamic compensation modeling
• Deploy AI across the employee lifecycle, integrating it into onboarding, performance management, and organizational design

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building or leading HR systems in high-growth or technology organizations
• Proven track record of using AI to redesign people processes such as recruiting and workforce analytics
• Technical fluency with modern AI and automation tools, including LLM-powered workflows
• Systems thinking and a builder mindset, capable of designing for scale and solving ambiguous problems
• STEM degree or equivalent practical experience in a technically rigorous environment
