Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR investigations and ensure proper documentation and process consistency
• Oversee compliance with employment regulations and maintain audit-ready HR documentation

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HR operations
• Prior experience in a scaling organization, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
• Deep knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
• Experience managing HR administrators or coordinators
• Strong operational judgment and ability to work independently in ambiguous environments
