Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement total rewards programs, including compensation and benefits administration
• Manage HRIS environment, ensuring data integrity and optimizing HR applications
• Analyze workforce data and provide actionable insights to inform People strategy

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in compensation, benefits, and HRIS
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday or ADP
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
• Knowledge of employment regulations related to People operations
