Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for managers on leadership fundamentals and performance management
• Develop compensation structures and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes and ensure compliance with HR regulations

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of HR experience in a high-growth environment
• Experience in building compensation and equity plans
• Familiarity with psychometric or behavioral assessment tools
• Proven track record of training and enabling managers
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
