Director of People Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of People Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the People Operations team to deliver high-quality People & Culture services
• Oversee core People & Culture processes, including payroll, HRIS data integrity, and benefits administration
• Design and improve standard People & Culture processes and ensure compliance with legal and audit requirements

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of seven (7) years of progressive HR experience with hands-on responsibility for HR operations
• Experience leading and developing a multi-disciplinary HR operations or shared-services team
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification
• Strong technical execution skills in a process-improvement-focused environment
