Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Shared Services, with 5+ years in leadership roles
• Proven experience in leading global service delivery organizations
• Strong expertise in service delivery operations, including SLAs and case management
• Experience optimizing HR service delivery platforms and automating workflows
• Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence through KPIs and process optimization
