Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the global HRIS, ensuring it serves as the single source of truth for employee data
• Standardize the employee lifecycle processes and design scalable benefits and support models
• Monitor labor laws and maintain compliance, while leading audits and risk assessments related to employment practices

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in transitioning organizations from manual to automated processes
• Deep knowledge of US and international labor laws
• Strong understanding of HR systems and data integrity
• Experience in developing policies and managing compliance across various jurisdictions
• Ability to create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for People Operations functions
