Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a lean People Operations function supporting employees and management
• Own core HR operations including employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration
• Partner with leadership to translate culture and business needs into effective people systems

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR/People Operations experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience leading core HR functions such as employee relations and compliance
• Demonstrated ability to build systems and processes from scratch
• Strong judgment in high-growth and high-change environments
• Experience balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
