Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, People Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on workforce planning and talent strategy
  • Lead programs to evolve company culture and enhance employee engagement in a remote environment
  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting and manage HR budgets and vendor relationships
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or similar; 10+ years of HR experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Experience managing external consultants and supporting a company of similar size (50-150 employees)
  • Deep expertise across the full HR function, including talent acquisition, total rewards, and employee relations
  • Solid knowledge of federal and state employment laws with multi-state compliance experience
  • Proficient with HRIS, ATS, and payroll platforms, with hands-on experience using AI tools for HR efficiency
